The June edition of White Women’s Precollections + and Menswear has registered a flow of more than 6 thousand visitors, including Italian and foreign buyers.
Especially East buyers have increased compared to the previous edition, with 26% growth for Russia but also for the Far East with +18% for Japan and +15% for China. Nevertheless the results achieved show also as oversea market has been reactive too, with a rise of 13% for US buyers as well.
White has become a relevant point for foreign buyers thanks to the great work of the organizers, who have developed strong synergies with main Milan fashion agencies, such as Italian Chamber of Fashion Buyers and ICE – that works to enhance the internationalization of fashion Italian companies.
Moreover White was able to create an alternative fashion pole, aside to the Quadrilatero della Moda, based in Tortona Fashion District and with a calendar slighty different from the Fashion week.
Such innovative strategy is leading to an increasing number of collaboration with foreign fairs and event, that translate easily in the modern design of Tortona spaces. Especially in June edition, 12 brands coming from Copenhagen Revolver fair has the possibility to show their creations during White event.
